Transurethral Incısionin Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Transurethral resection is regarded as the treatment of choice for relief of outflow obstruction due to benign prostatic enlargement but transurethral incision of the prostate is an alternative new procedure if the gland is small. This procedure was performed to 9 patients and 8 of them improved. Indication and postoperative complications are given and in conclusion we suggest that transurethral incision of the prostate is an operation of choice in patients with a prostate 20 G. Or less.

Benign Prostat Hiperlazisinde Transuretral İnsizyon

Benign prostat hiperplazisine bağlı obstrüksiyonu olanlarda transüretral rezeksiyon obstrüksiyonu çözmede en iyi yöntem olarak kabul edilir. Glandın ufak olduğu durumlarda ise prostatın transüretral insizyonu alternatif yeni bir yöntem olarak ortaya atılmıştır. Transüretral insizyon uygulanan 9 hastanın 8'inde iyileşme görülmüştür. Endikasyon ve postoperatif komplikasyonları tartışılmış ve 20 gramdan düşük prostatı olan hastalarda, prostatın transüretral insizyonu önerilmiştir.
