Abstract

In this article a case 26 year-old female had |a cystic lesion in the right mandible extending from the first molar area to the coronoid process diagnosed as ameloblastoma by the histopathologic examination after the marsupialization with the dentigerous cyst as a preliminary diagnosis was reported. the patient did not accept our proposal for a radical operation for 6 months. After one year from he first operation the lesion, lessened to 1.5 cm, was removed. It was understood that the case was an ameloblastoma on the wall of the cyst. At the end of the ten years follow-up there is no reccurence.
