Abstract

Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis is rarely encountered and usually misdiagnosed as cirrhosis. It is inherited autosomal recessive. We report here a case of a 30-year old man who was admitted with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and diagnosed as Congenital Hepatic Fibrosis.
