Abstract
Lymphangiomas are congenital lymphatic system diseases usually seen in early childhood but can rarely be seen up to 20's, can be solitary and cystic. Although neck and axillary regions are the most common localizations for lymphangioma, it is rarely seen with spleen in this case; we present the pathological findings and surgical procedures of a 47 year old asymptomatic woman who had been diagnosed as cystic lymphangioma of the spleen by US and CT fındings.
