Abstract
71 years old multipar woman complaining pelvic ache applied to SSK Soma Hospital and underwent operation with prediagnosis of adnexial mass. Tubal fusiform enlargement at exploration was evaluated in favor of tubal carcinoma and total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy was performed. Pathologic examination showed a 6.5x2.7x2.5 cm tumour localized in ampullary region of tuba uterina while other sites of specimen were within normal limits Histologic examination revealed a moderately differentiated endometrial type adenocarcinoma with papillary growth pattern. Although there were invasion to seroza, it was considered a stage I tumour since it was limited to tuba uterina. Neighboring tissue to tumour showed chronic interstitiel salpingitis.
