Abstract

In this article, a case of idiopathic hypoparathyroidism which treated with antiepileptic agent for a long lime is presented. After treatment with 1 25 (OH) 2 D3 (cholecalciferol) plus calcium, the patient has improved in clinical features and laboratory findings.
