Abstract

A sixty-one years old women with T2NlMo (stage 2B) breast carcinoma treated by conservative surgeıy had a high blood level of CEA during adjuvant chemotherapy.Rectal involvement was detected by PET-BT and her rectal carcinoma was treated by low anterior resection.The time between two operation was 2 months. A stage 3 (pT3N2Mo) adenocarcinoma of rectum on 8 cm from the anal verge was found. Her treatment has been continued since 17 months.
