Abstract

Acute testicular torsion is a surgical emergency. Color Doppler sonography was performed in a seventeen years old patient with acute scrotal pain. Complete absence of intratesticular blood flow was demonstrated. Diagnosis of testicular torsion was confirmed by surgical exploration.
