A patient applied to our outpatient clinics because of left shoulder pain, ortopne and palpilatation. The ultrasound finding showed that there was a mass of 7 cm diameter whith solid and cystic parts in the spleen. A cyst in her left ventricular cavity with 4x5 cm size was found in a her ecocardiography. As IHAT for Echinocrcasis was 1/2048 positive the disease was thougt to be hydatıd cysts.
