Abstract
Scrotal herniation of bladder is a rare situation. The incidence changes between 1% and 4% in men over 50 years. A 58 years old man with a massive scrotal swelling and lower urinary tract symptoms was diagnosed as scrotal herniation of bladder by
computer tomography. The patient refused surgery.
