Abstract

Branchial cysts and fistulas are the rermants of branchial arcus and rarely seen bilateral. We present a 4 year old male patient who had two-sided cutaneous leakage on his neck since birth and diagnosed as bilateral branchial fıstüla. The patient had no family story and the fistulas extending to submanibulary gland excised compeletely by operation. Branchial rermants should be considered when unilateral or bilateral fistula or cysts seen on the neck after the birth.
