Abstract

A rapid growing cervical mass was detected on a 60 years old male patient. Fine needle aspiration biopsy revealed as malignant cytology. After aproppriate research, the diagnose was as neck mass with the unknown primary and radical neck dissection was performed. The pathological examination of the specimen showed that malignant melanoma metastasis in the cervical lymph nodes. The treatment of choice in cervical lymph node metastasis of malign melanoma with unknown origin is to make a radical or modifıed radical neck dissection.
