Abstract
Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is a neuromuscular junction disease and rare in childhood. The clinical symptoms mostly begin in eye muscles with ptosis. Therefore, without ptosis there may be delays in diagnosis or the patients may be misdiagnosed. In this case a five year old boy who was diagnosed and treated as Miller-Fisher syndrome (MFS) with the signs of difficulty in walking and strabismus, admitted to our clinic with same complaints. After detailed investigations he is diagnosed as Myasthenia Gravis.
