Abstract

A bilateral habituel patella dislocation case was treated with a new application, which resist all known available treatment methods. Intercondyler femoral osteotomi was performed in addition to medial plication, lateral release and transplantation of tibial tubercle. The right knee was followed one year and the left 16 months postoperatively. The functional results were completely well.
