Abstract
OBJECTIVE
Adult-onset Still disease is a rare inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology. The main features of disease are high fever, rash, polyarthralgia and lymphadenopathy.Fever is an uncommon finding and rarely presented during the course of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and Sponyloarthropathy (SpA). Only few cases and case were presented so far. In our case, an 24 years old man patient was commented with detailed anamnesis, clinical and radiologic findings. We report a patient with known diagnosis of AS who also fulfilled adult-onset still disease diagnostic criteria.
