Abstract
A 65-year old woman visited our hospital with a complaint of left flank pain. Computed tomography scanned of the kidney showed perirenal urine extravasation. The disorder was managed by insertion of a JJ catheter. The JJ catheter vvas removed on fourth week under local anesthesia. Repeat imaging showed normal renal function and morphology in this case
