Abstract

Fowler Syndrome is first described in 1985 as a cause of urinary retansion in young women. There is a failure in relaxation of urethral sphincter without any neurological disorder. In this article we present a 36 year old women who admitted with stomach ache and weakness and was diagnosed as Fowler Syndrome 6 months ago and performes clean intermittant selfcatheterisation.
