Abstract

The presence of bronchiectasia, chronic sinusitis and situs inversus is known as Kartagener's Syndome. Three patients were presented in the paper, at age 13, 16 and 41 years old. Situs inversus totalis, bronhiectasia and chronic sinusitis were diagnosed in all patients. Pulmonary resection was performed in two patients because of bronhiectasia. Kartagener's Syndome is a chronic disease that restricts the activities of patient and causes a potential of morbidity.
