Abstract

Although the adrenal glands may be involved in tuberculosis, the true frequency and the extent of adrenal invovement are not well known. But considered as rarely. In this case report, a patient with a long histoıy of Addison's disease was examined for macroscopic hematüria and the etiologic factor was urınary tuberculosis.
