Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and Ankylosing Spondylitis are two major representatives of inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Each one has different characteristics in terms of etiology, pathogenesis, spesific symptom, serological tests and radiological findings.Coexistence of these disease is uncommon.The aim of this study is to share two patient in whom both diseases exist.
