Abstract

Renal oncocytomas are rare, probably benign tumors, found incidentally in the course of investigations of the genitourinary tract. The accurate diagnosis can be established only after the histological and ultrastruchiral analysis. We report here 2 cases of renal oncocytoma, in which although it is a solid tumor we preserved the kidney.
