Abstract

The co-incidence of Creutzfeld-Jakob's disease is reviewed in a 60 year-old woman with mechanical obstruction due to colon carcinoma (Stage III) treated by surgery and chemoimmunotherapy. The patient died in 3 months following the first neurological symptoms of the disease.
