Abstract

Four hundred and twenty Turkish papers on the subject of breast diseases during were evaluated. They were published between 1994-98 Only 61 of them (14.5 percent) had turkish citation. The percentage of domestic citation increased from 12.6 percent to 16.7 percent duning that period. The domestic citation rates of turkish writers on the subject of breast diseases were changed insignificantly during last 5 years.
