Abstract
Endometriosis is defined as presence of endometrial tissue outside of the endometrium or myometrium. Classically, endometriosis may present with pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia and infertility, in reproductive age women. Endometriosis mainly affects the genital organs such as the uterosacral ligament, ovaries, fossa rectouterina, and the pelvic peritoneum, but can also be seen in extragenital organs. Appendiceal endometriosis is a very rare condition. In this case, we present a patient of appendiceal endometriosis with acute appendicitis clinic.
