Abstract

We report a 57- year-old male admitted with abdominal pain and swelling. The abdominal computerized tomography showed a large mass 20 cm in diameter which filled the left hypocondrium. Histopathological diagnosis of the resected specimen was reported as adrenocortical carcinoma.
