Abstract

Henoch- Schonlein Purpura (HSP) in adults is a rare clinical finding. Even though HSP nephritis frequently presents with asymptomatic urinary findings, presentation with severe nephrotic syndrome is very rare and associated with poor renal outcome. In this article, a patient who admitted to the hospital with severe nephrotic syndrome and diagnosed with HSP is presented. He also achieved full remission with steroids and cyclophosphamide treatment.
