Abstract

Transurethral resection (TUR) was performed in 141 patients with bladder tumors. In analysis of the 131 patients in whom the pathology was reported as transitional celi carcinoma, it was seen that a direct correlation existed between the stage and grade of the disease. The importance of the staging and grading in the therapeutic approach is stressed.
