Abstract

It is very hard to estimate Turkish population'a HLA mapping because limited studies have been reported. 891 blood sample were evaluated regarding HLA typing in our center at last 2 years. Our results showed that the most common HLA-A and B locus antigens were A9, Al, A2 and B5, B35, B12 respectively. A significant positive linkage disequilibrium was found for the haplotype of A2B5.
