Abstract

The definition of Home Care Services in Turkey has been stated by the “Delivering of Home Care Services Regulation” published at the Official Government Newspaper with the number 25751 on March 10th 2005. At this Regulation, Home Care Services has been referred to as; “health care and delivering of health services including the rehabilitation, physical therapy and psychological therapy towards the recommendations of physicians, given to patients at environments they live with their families in order to meet their health needs”. At this context; studies towards home care services that will be given at our hospital and our country bear great importance. In this article, it was aimed to guide new studies by stating the legal and scientific point reached at the moment.
