Abstract

The disturbance of midgut rotation and fixation can occur as intestinal nonrotation, it can be present rarely in adulthood. In the abdominal exploration of a 22-yr-old male patient diagnosed preoperatively as intestinal nonrotation, we had confirmed the diagnosis. Fitzgerald technique was used to correct the nonrotation completely. He has no symptom since 12
