Two cases of intracranial lipoma had been observed in our clinic. One of them was located in Silvian fissure and the other was at suprasellar region. The lipoma in the Silvian fissure was operated on and total removal was performed. The conclusion, after these two cases, is not to operate on such cases unless either intracranial hypertension or local pressure symptoms are present.
