Abstract

In our case there was an ectopic intraperitoneal location of a Cu-T shaped intrauterine device of which the horizontal arm was completely in the left ovary, and the vertical arm penetrated into the sigmoid colon that was adherent to the left ovarium. We did not find any similar case in turkish and english medical literatüre.
