Abstract

In this study we present four patients operated due to invagination of small bowels. Two patients were diagnosed preoperatively, whereas the other two patients were diagnosed at laparatomy. In three patients, invaginations were ileoileal, whereas in one patients invagination was jejunojejunal. Ileal resection was done in three patients, jejunal resection was done in fourth patient. The reason of invagination was lipoma and polyp in two cases. Two others was idiopathic. One patient died due to sepsis postoperatively
