Abstract

Malignant nephrosclerosis is a form of renal disaese associated with malignant or accelerated hypertension. This relatively uncommon nephropathy in childhood is usually a cause of early end-stage renal failure and death. The patient presented here, is a girl, 8 years old, with malign hypertension has been lost 3 years later due to renal failure.
