Abstract
Malign transformation of mature cystic teratoma of ovary is extremely seldom(1-2%).A 9-cm mature cystic teratoma of ovary was diagnosed in a 30 years old woman who was treated for breast cancer about one year ago.Histopathologic examination revealed that teratoma has a small focus of squamous cell carcinoma.
