Abstract
A 54-year-old man was admitted with complaints due to varicoseveins. Constrictive pericarditis was found as the etiology of venous insufficiency. He was treated successfully with surgery. It should be remembered that patients with constrictive patients may rarely present with venous insufficiency symptoms.
