Abstract
Meralgia Paresthetica (MP) is painful mononeuropathy of the lateral cutaneous femoral nerve. Symptoms are generally unilateral but may be bilateral. In particular, because of complaint of thigh pain and numbness in the anterior aspect of thigh, often confused with waist and hip problems. 55 years-old female patient complaining of pain and tingling sensation in the anterior side of right thigh for about six months was diagnosed as meralgia paresthetica based on clinical examination and electrophysiogical finding.All complaints were resolved with avoidance of tight dresses,weight loss and medical treatment.
