Abstract

Mucinous adenocarcinoma of bladder is very rare and forms the %0,5-2 of all bladder cancers.Mucinous adenocarcinoma of bladder was diagnosed in a 54 years old man and in a 53 years old woman by transurethral resection. Both cases were treated by a radical cystectomy and ileal diversion. They are completely healthy five and four years after operation, respectively. Best treatment choice for primary early stage mucinous adenocarcinoma of bladder is radical cystectomy.
