Abstract

64 years old male who had pink sharply demarcated, elevated, slightly indurated plaquetype lesions that tended to coalesce for 4-5 years. One of these lesions was on the right axillary region extending to the scapular region with a size of 12x7 cm. and the other was on the left buttock extending to the lomber region with a size of 15x10 cm. He had used topically antimycotics for these complaints. On histopathological examination, we observed atipical lymphocytic cells in upper dermiş and within epidermis as scanty nests. The infiltration was superficial. Dermal lymphocytic infiltration was mild. It was diagnosed as mycosis fungoides. The case has been scheduled for psoralen plus ultraviolet-A therapy. The lesions have totally diseppeared after 18 month.
