Abstract

A 46 year old man with a congenital fistula between circumflex coronary artery and pulmonary artery which was unsuccessfully treated in a percutaneous way two years before in another cardiac center. Upon developing precordial pain, he applied for treatmet. The fistula was closed successfully by transcutaneous using a vascular plug
