Abstract

Urothelial carcinoma is the most common bladder neoplasm. Adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder is a rare entity and most of them are metastatic. Before the diagnosis of primary urinary bladder adenocarcinoma, metastasis should be excluded (direct spread, lymphatic, hematogenous). Here we report two cases diagnosed as primary urinary bladder mucinous adeno-carcinoma after all body scans and histopathological examination with the results of the immunohistochemistry markers.
