Abstract

We discussed two cases who had ceserean section between 27-28 and 34-35 weeks of pregnancy.They developed pulmonary edema during or after tocolytic therapy with ritodrin. Both cases are admitted in intensive care unit and treated with mechanical ventilation. Their outcome was good with full recovery.
