Implantable cardioverter defibrilator implantation was preformed to him two years ago.Transthoracic echocardiography revealed ventricular lead in left ventricle passed through the interatrial septum from right atrium to left atrium and 18×13 mm thrombus was observed at the tip of the lead. Due to the complication was detected in late course of the procedure and patient had no prior embolism he was prescribed warfarin and followed up an outpatient basis.
