Abstract
Rudimentary horn results from a defect in mullerian fusion during fetal development and that may accompany unicornuate uterus. Ectopic pregnancy in rudimentary horn is a life threatening condition. Differential diagnosis is usually made after rupture. Standart treatment is excision of rudimentary horn. In this report we summarized a pregnant woman who was admitted to emergency unit with severe abdominal pain and syncope. Physical examination and ultrasonography revealed that there was a ruptured ectopic pregnancy because of internal bleeding. Emergency laparotomy and exicision of the rudimentary horn with ectopic pregnancy were performed.
