Abstract
15 and 3cm mass in right thighs of two male patient who are 39 and 44 years old were found. Second patient had another mass(8mm in diameter) originating from right nervus tibialis posterior. The pathologic diagnosis of these masses resected by preserving nerve under magnification were Scwannoma. There was no recurrence after 38 and 27 months respectively. Their rarity and resectability without sacrifiying the nerve were the characteristics of the cases.
