Abstract
One hundred-forteen among peer reviews of 47 manuscripts were evaluated for the reliability of reviews. Only 29(28.2 percent) of them provided new insight and perspective to the manuscript. Sixty-five (63.1 percent) of the reviews had a complete section-by section review. There was no comment (zero percent) about the rules of journal. Only 16 (15.5 parcent) of reviews provided recommendations on language, Thirty-seven reviews (35.9) percent had domestic references, although there is a pre-requisiting of editor. The final decision for publication was positive in 73 (70.9 percent) reviews and style was good in 96 (93.2 percent). These findings suggest that to obtain a high level quality is not only manuscript itself, but is also a matter of review process.
