Abstract

The aim of the science is to reach to the absolute truth. To prevent the scientific misconduct; It is necessary to educate and to sustain the young investigators to develop him/herself. Institutions should control the education of research and research projects. Editors should insist on the signs of every author and the approval of scientific committee (or ethic committee) in which institution was the research made.
