Abstract
Patients with large scrotal bladder hernia may be presented with lower urinary tract symptoms, intermittent scrotal swelling and double phase urination whereas small bladder hernias are usually asymptomatic. Two patients complaining of scrotal swelling for a long time were diagnosed as the scrotal bladder hernia. Inguinal herniorraphy using mesh was performed in both patients and the bladder replaced to its anatomical location. The lower urinary tract symptoms found to be improved in both patients. The correct anatomical location of bladder was confirmed by cystography at postoperative 2 month visit.
