Abstract

Congenital seminal vesicle cysts(CSC) are so rare and mostly seen with the ipsilateral renal agenesia. Seminal vesicle cysts can be congenital or acquired.Because of the mass and pressure formed by the fluid fills the seminal vesicle, it can cause voiding symptoms, constipation, palpable mass in the abdomen, prostatitis, or pain. ‘Aspiration with TRUS, percutanous aspiration, the transuretral resection of ejaculatuar ducts, excision of the cysts’ are the treatment options. In this report we will represent a left sided seminal vesicule cyst and ipsilateral renal agenesia case who suffers from abdominal pain
