Abstract

Development of the steinstrasse is usually seen in patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy history. In patients who were followed with the diagnosis of nephrocalcinosis development of steinstrasse is rare. In this study, spontaneous steinstrasse formation and treatment in thirty years old male patient with idiopatic medullary nephrocalcinosis who have no history of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, is reported.
